For independent Hosts
You set a per-session price and how often your group meets. We calculate the monthly rate and bill members automatically through Stripe. Each month, the platform fee (12%) is deducted and the remainder is deposited directly to your Stripe account.
Example: $49/session × 2 sessions/month = $98/mo per member. Platform fee (12%) = $11.76. You receive $86.24 per member. Session scheduling fee: $7.49 × 2 = $14.98/mo.
For Org-connected Hosts
Same process, with one additional step. After the platform fee (12%) is deducted from the top, the Organization's take (set by the Org admin) is deducted from the remainder. The Host receives what's left.
Example: Member pays $98/mo. Platform takes 12% ($11.76). Org takes their percentage from the remainder. Host receives the rest.
For members
You're billed monthly through Stripe. The price is shown on every group page before you join. Cancel anytime with one click. Free groups are always free.
About disputes
If a member disputes a charge, the dispute applies to the amount after the platform fee has already been deducted. The platform fee is not subject to member disputes.
