Topic Harvest
Before every session, the topic board opens. Members submit wins, challenges, questions, and ideas — anything that's on their mind. Every voice gets heard before anyone shows up.
Dot Vote
Each member gets 5 votes to surface the topics that matter most to the group. The agenda isn't set by the facilitator — it's set by the people in the room.
Discussion Rounds
The session follows the energy. Top voted topics get full group attention first. Then smaller breakout rooms by company size or experience level. Real conversations, no filler.
